  • Flax Seed top the list, followed by,
  • Walnut
  • Fox Nut (commonly known as Makhana)
  • Soy Milk
  • Soybean
  • Chia Seeds (seeds of Tulsi)
  • Olive Oil (contains both Omega-3 & Omega-6)

Omega-3 Enriched food (For Non-Vegetarians):

  • Salmon
  • Beef
